ostrich 2.0 not recognized

So my old laptop crashed and I tried tuning with my company laptop but the ostrich 2.0 isn't recognized. I'm running windows 7 and I tried downloading the drivers off moates.net but it still isn't recognized. I can datalog but I can't tune my truck now that it's stuck running rich:mad1:

Maybe you need to set the Mask to "AA"?

No I mean when I connect it the driver isn't recognized

I once needed to plug my Ostrich 2.0 into the USB port, then "RUN" the driver install directly from the Moates.net website.

I just did this the other day for my ALDL Xtreme (I hadn't used my tuning stuff with that laptop since installing the SSD...), I had to run the installer. It does not automatically install, or get "found" when Windoze tries to find drivers.
