Colorado fj40 with tbi conversion!

Hello all! Name is max and I am building an fj40 with a tbi setup and a 7747 ecm. Im trying hard to find someone to tune/burns me a chip for my setup in the denver area. Right now it has a custom chip but it runs so so. Any suggestions on shops in my area? Here's a few pictures :) first picture is currently how it sits.

I am building a 73 FJ40, which currently has a carbed 305 and I'm in the process of switching to TBI, amongst many other things. I am in SoCal and looking for someone who can program the 7747 chip as well. I pulled the harness, ecm, intake, TBI and sensor from a 90 Chevy Van and am currently attempting to thin the harness. Does anyone know of anyone or any place in SoCal I can take the chip to for programming or perhaps someone I can send it to? Any help is greatly appreciated.
