I hope I don't post too much too often, but something else i was thinking while I've been tuning. is if theirs away to make a similar product like the diesel tuners.
where you can quick select different performance profiles. efficiency, max towing/torque, speed etc?

So is their some kind of module ( to purchase or DIY) to hold multiple burned EEPROM chips with different profiles with an LCD to electronically select which chip that that the ECM reads.
I think that'd be pretty slick, eh?
As always, thanks in advance, any and all responses are welcome and encouraged. no matter what :)

Search Moates site for the G2X, pretty sure that's what you are looking for

G2X for ECMs that originally used 2732A PROMS, or G3 for ECMS that used MEMCALS (that used 27128 and larger EPROMS).

Add the EX remote to either for the display and selection of the bins.

Both work on the same principle of stacking bins on the chip and the adapter changes the start address for chip reading. The G2X uses a common 28 pin EEPROM, while the G3 uses a less common 40 pin EEPROM.

There is also the 2timer for stacking 2 bins to be used in ECMs that have 32KB bin files, and uses a 27SF512 to do this.

All from moates.net

i have a G3 w/ZIF and the EX switch, that is a serious neat piece of hardware. kind of difficult to find a place to route the ribbon cable if you have an underhood PCM, but it can be done.
