need help with editing bin

We have a 2002 chevy silverado that we want to change a few things. i am a little confused on imprting the bin into an editor for editing and where are the xdfs? I can rogram the chip with the willem eprom programer I have cheapest solution since I already have eprom programme.

2002 vehicles are OBD 2, which are flashed and Do Not have removable PROM's.

Usually aftermarket software like EFI Live or HP Tuners is used to Flash OBD 2.
