Need TBI Tuner

Was going with TBIChips then started reading several horror stories about him, so now my journey continues. I'm not building anything special just a Vortec long block with a carb intake and headers. This will be going into a 1993 K1500 and used for a tow vehicle. I will provide a lot more information and take any advice on making this as easy as possible from the tuner.
