TBI to MPFI tune/mod

I have a question the files and writeups all mention the 0D mask but would it be possible to use a 7427 ecm, do the hardware modifications, and run a 0E mask with the same tune modifications as you would on the 0D?

I could be wrong, but from what I have read so far, the main difference between $0D and $0E is that $0D is for the 4L60E and $0E is for the 4L80E. Also $0E has calibrations for 454's.
