I made a power distribution block for a TBI. It's basically a two pole bus bar, fuse block and two relays. The two relays are Bosch style, 40 amp, relays. One is for the fuel pump and the other is for the ECM. The parts all came from ebay, and the breakdown is as follows:

Bus bar: $10.59
5 relays and harnesses (3 would be for spares): $11.64
Fuse block: $5:39

I wired and orientated the parts like this:

7944

7946

The wood base could be replaced with a piece of aluminum. The relays came with wire colors that don't match what is needed. The correct colors can be spliced in.
I hope this helps!

I like the TBI power distribution design you have! No special wiring tools needed, and utilizes commonly available / affordable parts!:jfj:

Recently Littlefuse released a new weatherproof product (PDM31001ZXM) that could be configured to do the same TBI power distribution. Mouser offers the PDM31001ZXM for about $22 http://www.mouser.com/Search/ProductDetail.aspx?R=PDM31001ZXMvirtualkey57610000 virtualkey576-PDM31001ZXM which includes the mounting bracket, seal, base, and top cover. The PDM31001ZXM uses 30 AMP Merti-Pack 280 connectors, which requires specialty tools to assemble. The PDM31001ZXM uses the late model LSx style mini fuses and mini relays for a very compact power distribution system. The PDM31001ZXM could be wired for 2 (30A) mini relays and 3 mini fuses (30A max).

Below is a picture of a PDM31001ZXM I configured for a LSx harness I simplified, which has 9 mini fuses and external mounted GM weatherproof relays. If the the power distribution module needs to be weatherproof, the PDM31001ZXM is a very good product. The PDM31001ZXM has a maximum of 30 Amps per circuit, which is more than sufficient for EFI systems.

I've also attached pictures of similar Littlefuse product HWB60 which I configured for a 2005 GTO harness.

both look great! BTW thanks for the tip on weatherpack fusebox dave w. I usually end up cutting them out of wrecks in the junk yard then splicing wires. But for $20some i'll certainly look into that next time.
