Need bin AWAU for 16154301

Trying to help our local volunteer fire company - they have a 1991 Chevy 3500 stepvan 454/auto. Runs like crap, a local dealer replaced the ecm and determined that the MEMCAL is bad.

I have been trying to use this forums' BIN Search...but only get errors code. Then tried to locate the ecm and bin via forum "search" results are negative also.

Anyone have a copy of bin:

ecm 16154301

Would like to drop in an adapter with burned prom.

I'll compare the files in TunerPro...can anyone help with the proper adx and xdf files for the 16154301 ecm?
