ECU Logic flow charts or equations?

Is there anything that says something like:
main spark bias + x +y + z = current spark advance
or
if ( tps_val > y ) then use idle BLM table else use open throttle BLM table.

Tunerpro seems to know some of these because of the values list feature.

you can generalize and get most applications with a single equation for any given value, but there are a lot of small but important values that would be missed.... you would need to make a new equation/chart for almost every mask.
