Hi its my 1994 Chevy 1500 I have a 350 modified going in hopefully next week. Will be using TunerPro to adjust it in better. But my Question is how to remove or bypass the Speed limiter. The Truck seems to shut down at around 4000 Rpm in OD. which probably is around 100 Im guessing since speedo only goes 85Mph. Is there a simple trick or will I have to use TunerPro to do it? Im still working on getting TunerPro to see my Truck.

Right now its a 305 with the 4l60E behind it. 3:42 gears. Going 350 bored 20. Performer Intake, Headers cat-back single 3inch, TBI spacer, RV cam, roller tip rockers, hyper pistons.

Here are the speed and rpm limiters in $0D. If the screenshot seems odd, I only run Windows for TunerPro. Windows is actually running in a Virtualbox VM under Linux. Anyway, here is where you will set it in your bin file and then have to program your chip with the updated settings

If its 16197427 PCM, all stock bins I have seen were set to cut off at 4800 rpm or 98 mph.
And yes, you will need to use tunerpro to make the changes, save, and burn to a new chip.

Yea I just found out Having tuner Pro and the ALDL cable isnt everything I need. I also need a Chip Programmer a G1 memory adapter and a Chip. I didnt realize this. Though I finally get the DA to connect.
