Having trouble DLing attacments

For some reason it only recognizes them as .php files which is some kind of text file. Anyone else having issues? Is the problem on my end or the websites end?

It happens with some OS. Right click and save as...sometimes you need to change the extension from .php to whatever your downloading like .adx or .xdf etc..
