Hello to all of the forum members.
I have Hyundai accent car, from 1996, and I did 200,000 km.
The problem that I have is that my car begin to drink all the fuel (for one litter of fuel the car drive only 6 Km) and take out a lot of pollution (black smoke) so I take my car to fuel injection garage.
the garage owner put in the exhaust one pipe and check in the machine the numbers, I add one picture of the screen that display the results of this test, the garage man tell me that the problem is in the number 11.68 that need to be less then 1.

After this the garage owner connect the test tool to the computer of my car and don't find nothings wrong so the garage owner tell me that it can be a lot of options like the sensor of air-fuel, the sensor of oxygen, syringes, the computer of the car give wrongs orders, air consumption measurement device, another things that he call it TCP that is acronym of three words and more options... the garage owner show me the the places that it can option that one of this devices don't work well, I add a picture that I sign this places in red color and add numbers.

Their is an symptom that this problem cause and this is when I drive the car and I need to stop for example because their is a red semaphore so I need to push the gas pedal and the breaks pedal to stop the car, if I will not push the gas pedal so when I will need to move the car for example because the red semaphore change to green semaphore so my car will shut down and I will need to start the car and then when I will push the gas pedal the car will move.
My question is what is the device that don't work well and cause to this problem?

if it is that bad i would first pull the little vacuam hose of the fuel pressure regulator on the fuel rail and make sure no fuel comes out from a split diaphram
