With the help of RobertIsaar, I proceeded with making a voltage divider the wideband (0-5v) output signal. This divider changes the wideband (0-5v) output to (0-1.111v). Doing this, allows the output of the wideband to be used in the place of the output of the narrow band O2. This is nice, because the wideband data can be viewed in tunerpro (no autoprom needed).

Below is a diagram of the set-up I used.
Note: I added quick disconnect couplers, so the narrow band set-up can be replaced when wideband tuning is done.

The voltage divider I made looked like this:

The resistors cost about a dollar, so this isn't expensive to make. The connectors were the most expensive parts.

I've attached a log, bin, adx and youtube video to show that the AFR reading of the wideband agreed with the AFR reading in tunerpro.

First, I let the engine idle at 750 RPM. The reading on the wideband gauge was averaging about 11.3 AFR. If you load up the log file and ADX file I attached and watch the log, the AFR also averaged about 11.3 AFR.

If you continue watching the video, you'll notice that the RPM increased from 750 to 1600. The AFR on the gauge changed from 11.3 to 12.7. When you watch the datalog, the AFR also changed to about 12.7 AFR.

This setup can easily be changed to Lambda instead of AFR if needed.

neat, i was wondering if this little project was ever completed.

Does the AEM have a programmable output?

I was going to program one of the outputs of my LC-1 (back before I sold the two I had) to a linear 0-1V output to have the same effect.

I'm not sure.
