I'm think about using a 2004 Flex Fuel PCM # 12586242?
I'm thinking maybe E10 is within the range of the Flex Fuel PCM?
I'm wondering if the Flex Fuel sensor can be configured / set to E10?
Any thoughts are appreciated.
Attached are some screen shots from EFI Live that got me thinking. Also attached is the .bin file I read from the PCM.

PCM is setup for e10 as is. If I remember correctly it blends the afr between each set point so it would blend the 6.25 and 12.5 % values to achieve your afr. Works pretty well. Did you have something specific in mind?

The off road vehicle I'm working with will have a 2004 5.3 Liter engine transplanted into it. The Flex Fuel sensor is not going to be used. I was thinking there should be a way to trick the PCM into thinking that either parameters B3104 / B3105 would be an error all the time, and then set the default ethanol percent B3103 to 10%. Without the Flex Fuel sensor, I was wondering if there was a Flex Fuel sensor wire that could be grounded or maybe a resistor added to the Flex Fuel sensor wiring that would keep B3104 or B3105 in error all the time?

Dave Steck had a write up on hpt forum. He was building controllers that you could adjust the % alchohol level a to adjust timing and such for use with nitrous or any thing else you could dream up. I believe he had info on his facebook page too, DSX tuning. If I come across it Ill post it.

Couldn't B3101 just be set to disable the Flex Fuel?

I think that would work.
I'm wanting to do something different.
I'm wanting to keep flex fuel enabled, but "lock" the parameters to E10 without using a flex fuel sensor.
