:welcome2:

Don't know what's in the gallerey for TBI Roadmasters? They the same as TBI Caprice? If you have some BCCs you can search there and I will look around my computer for ya!

My first B body was a 1993 9C1 Caprice, nick name "NotaCop"!

Yes should be the same 91-93 16136965 ecm, and the 9c1 prom would probably be AXFF.
I just ordered one on the bay with this prom... Should give a good baseline:)
My old laptop died with all my old .bin files so I'm starting fresh but rusty (haven't done this in a while)

Thanks,
Kurt

Ouch! That's the reason I started this website... I spilled a cup of coffee in my keyboard on my laptop and it came out all the ports... lost years of bins, tune,s diagrams, watched some websites crash and loose years of work... this one is very secure in bachups on server.

Shouldn't have to buy a chip for a bin file... I'll look at what I got.

Couldn't find an AXFF...

But if I remember right the Caprice was ECM 1228746 $61

RoadMaster shows 16136965 $62

But TunerPro website has booth listed as Caprice or B body... don't know if the MASK will interchange.

I rememer my 9C1 was TBI but also had a IAT sensor. 9C1 also had bigger injectors then regular 5.7l TBI LO5 engine...

HTH!

I got the ebay Ecm with the 9c1 AXFF eprom, popped it in to try it out. It runs well when warm but does the lean surge when cold. (I know it's expecting #65 injectors) So I ordered a variable fuel pressure regulator and will put it in tomorrow... if I crank up the fuel pressure a few pounds the old LO5 injectors should put out about #65;)
That should make things work for now.

When I get a chance I'll read and save the AXFF bin and post it.

I'm thinking about building a fresh engine for this car and starting to collect parts.

Thanks,
Kurt
