Wired up the TCC in the Orange Blazer last night , set all of the checkmarks in T/P for 700R4 control and viola , pin E13 shows TCC lockup at the parameters specified , this is good .

Problem is on the datastream dash the TCC bitmask (TCC applied) does not show "True" , it stays False all the time .

Am I missing something ?

496/700R4 combo , Running a modified hybrid $OD .bin , $OD TP5 v250 .adx

Also , the speed (MPH) bounces alot in the datastream , i'm sure this will not be good long term , the speed sensor is the factory cluster mounted sensor inputted to the PCM @ F13 and the cluster is cable driven from the transfer case , cable is new . Anyone remidied this without going to an aftermarket speed sensor (which I will if I have to) .

Any clues ?

Thanks

Maybe these settings will help? See attached screen shot from a .bin file I modified that is successfully using '7427 PCM with a 700R4. Also attached are a few data logs from the vehicle to compare TCC bit masks with.

Thank you Dave , I will try again and see what happens .

Tom,

It has been years since I ran a 7427 with a 700r4, but I seem to remember the Flag for TCC being on the PWM output and it was once defined as "Lock Adjust" When the TCC was commanded to lock, it would display Lock Adjust as "Active"

Chris , you are correct , changed the bitmask (And renamed it) to Lock adjust and now I have confirmation in the data stream.

Now all I have to do is figure out why the speedo jumps all around in the data stream , the actual speedometer is nice and smooth ....... Going to try another optical sensor this weekend and see where it gets me.

Thanks again .
