Any chance you know if the 1999 Regal GS is the same build as a '99 Grand Prix GTP? I know the engine is the same, but I don't know if Regals have the performance shift, and the only GTP I can find is the '02bin. and they took the performance shift out in 2001 I believe. Any information would help. Thanks again.

i seem to remember is being available on the regals.

i'm sure there are differences to the calibration/OS, but they're probably minor.

Sorry for the late reply (finals). They regal bin I found was empty anyways, so I just used the 2002 GTP bin. Although 2002's didn't have the performance shift option.

I have a lightly modded 99 GTP, pretty much just headers and a 3.5 pulley, with 8.8mm MSD wires and a CIA. Any suggestion on what I should mess with? I'm not looking to do anything extreme, just a little better throttle response, and maybe some better mileage (not that my current 22 is bad for a S/C 3.8L)
