I would really appreciate it if anyone here could post up a file for me. I need a completely stock file as follows:

2003
GMC
K2500
Regular Cab (I don't think that matters...)
6.0L
4.10 gear

Common annoyance on just about every internet forum is the lack of the use of the search function, and / or posting the same information over and over again.

Sounds like you did indeed take a look on your own ... important thing is that you have found a tune that should work for you.
