hey guys, trying to read up (kinda getting lost in here) on how to tune \ change the stock Bin file once you've made changes\upgrades to your car\engine.

I have a stock LT1 impala ss.....

I have recently upgraded the following:

1) throttle body from 48mm to 58mm \ throttle body coolant bypass
2) added performance mufflers
3) added cold air intake system (home plate, first base delete) true ram air

Where would I start to make changes in tuner pro rt to compliment the above modifications?

Any feedback \ guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Those are relatively minor changes to the engine as compared to say ported heads and a bigger cam. But the same tuning ideas would apply. In order to do on the street tuning you'd need a WB O2 sensor and then you could retune the VE tables and WOT fueling tables based on what you see on the WB O2. There are a few tutorials here on how to do that.

hey thanks for the reply..... this was one of my first posts. Since then I have done some reading and am coming to the conclusion that tuning is not an easy task. I think the first step would be to log data, see what the engine is actually doing first, then tune accordingly.

With the minor mods you have done then yes!
