Trying to program my first chip and I keep getting this error message.

Tried two different chips and two different .bins and get same problem.

After more trying I downloaded Flash&Burn from Moates site and seperately it will program the chip. However I still cannot program it through TP5rt. Not sure what that means lol.

I had that problem with an older version of TPRTV5. What version are you running?

Probably an offset issue?

This article has offsets to read stock GM chips as well as program bin files to aftermarket chips. Do not rely on TP to change offsets properly when just selecting a chip from dropdown menu.
