on the hunt for someone with 6 ls1 coils forsale and who would be keen to post them to newzealand have paypal.just need them to test a new spark cut 2step rev limiter than can be incorperated into delco ecu equipped vehicles.they are so hard to find here 2nd hand

I won't be going to a junk yard for a least a month... but they used to be fair priced on eBay? Shipping may be more then coils?

yeah i can get them for $15us each cheap chinese ones by the looks but postage from ebay was killer

To bad you can't use Ford coils,I've got quite a few i've kept around for various projects.
A few might be bad,but generally I only kept the ones that stress tested fine but got replaced under warranty anyway.

what kind of ford ones are they 4 wire smart coils like LS1 coils.

No,two wire negative side switched.
They would be great for a DIS to COP conversion,didn't realize the LS were 4 wire.

im converting buick v6 DIS to CNP with a driver board with incorperated 2 step spark cut limiter.but it can only run smart coils
