got a chance to do an idle datalog.

Looked good! Hows it feel?

That was a long idle log, wasn't to bad but got rich, got better at the one point you revved the engine. To do a good data log for idle adjustments I like to do it at the end of a data log.

Drive around while it warms up to 175+, then start a log, try to do 10% throttle onto freeway till it runs out. Next off/on ramp do 02%, then 30%, some freeway cruise, some around town. One WOT run. Then at end of log let it idle a couple minutes.

The TBI intake is wet, letting it idle that long and using it for data don't work... getting a few minutes at end of log is more accurate!

did a datalog today but I guess I went to long and it stopped. wasn't able to save it except to an excel file. is there a way I can get the datalog and save it so we can see it. I am still able to watch it.

Should still be there in TunerPRo, just open and see what log is there, then play it... but no way to save then... I can't find where it is stored? Would have to ask Mark M at TunerPro and he would know where the temp location is to retrieve the file.

After recording just stop and wait, it will prompt you to save as xdl file...

Fueling looks spot on.

Spark Advance hack didn't work, found out that one only works in ANxx chips and not AXxx chips...

But the BPW does! Injector duty cycle goes 100% around 3500 RPM like all TBI motors with stock pressure and BPW.

Saw it go lean cruise once.

Any driver feedback issues?

no no complaints at all. so should I up the fuel pressure any? im quite surprised in how well it seems to run. when I floor it she sounds like a quadrajet which means she is running hard. no more burn my eyes while idling around the garage. I do have a 15psi spring but that may be to much. I can adjust mine only a tiny bit more.

There's really no reason to. All TBI have been running like that forever. I just figured out the Injector Duty Cycle % conversion was wrong recently, no one has ever noticed. There's also a flaw in GM BPW which creates this... Went back and tested a couple built motors and sure enough same thing. But they keep dumping enough fuel to keep WOT AFR good.
