Data logging

Please help,while data logiing my 1227727 ecm I have noticed that it keeps droppling into open loop while cruising at 40mph with a lite throttle.Pressing the throttle or lifting the throttle and it drops stright back to closed loop..

Whats going on ?????
can anyone help ????

Os sensor cooling off? Lean Cruise? Open Loop Idle?

Thanks will check thelean cruise condition.As far as I know it stays closed loop during idle,can it be changed to open loop and if so where ? .I am using Tunerpro rt.
