Is Red Devil River still around? No response on eBay

I apologize if this is violating forum rules. I’m not badmouthing Red Devil River, just need to know if I’m expecting too much. I ordered and paid for an OBD1.5 to Bluetooth adapter on 3/19. On 3/23 eBay said item shipped, which really just means label created and tracking number assigned. Tracking number says USPS has not received the package yet. I’ve reached out through eBay yesterday 3/29. Crickets so far.

I ordered an ALDL -> USB cable from them on eBay on April 15th and it was delivered on April 29th.

I ordered a cable from him in November, it showed shipped the next week, I did not receive it until late December, a week after emailing him about tracking it. Then with my luck the cable is apparently defective since no computer or app I try it on will recognize it. Never once have I been able to get a response from him after the money changed hands.
