Hey guys kept my factory C5 p01 896 PCM as a working backup and installed a p01 0411 with flex fuel os 12216125 from a 5.3L sierra with flex fuel active from factory. I then manually moved all my OEM C5 parameters over to the new flex fuel OS. Used program to change 2002 12216125 os to my 99 C5 VIN, Removed VATS and it starts but runs terrible, throttle barley responds, abs message, traction message, and charging messages coming up on the DIC but checked with multimeter and is charging maybe even slightly to high of charging. My question is, in the system options I removed everything under the gmt800 and turned on all my options under platform Y which is the Corvette, was I suppose to leave GMT800 selected and just select all my Corvette options in the GMT800 row? My factory file i believe said GMT530 so I selected that and did everything under the "Y" platform options. Any help would be awesome thanks guys

You need to find a 2002 vette bin with OS 12216125, for base file, Than apply the flexfuel patch.
There is too many parameters that are not visible in bin, and it is not possible to copy all of them.

It is also possible even with 2002 vette bin to get various DIC issues or issues with other modules.

Do you have the stock c5 file to share.

When I get home I can share my 99 c5 stock on file if you would like. I don't know of any 2002 c5 that cam with os 12216125 that's the problem. I have 2 - p59 PCM's out of express vans and a tune I've been quietly working on in the background based on os 12587603 because the 2004 Corvette cam with this tune and there are the same OEM os's with flex fuel active you can use universal patcher to add it to a Corvette based 12587603 os with flex fuel patch and that same os tune I've been working on I've already inserted my 99 Vette VIN. So you think just going straight to the p59 PCM and switching the couple wires I need to is my best course of action?
Thanks for the help!!!

From p01 OS only 12216125 support flex fuel.

You will need to tune from scratch or goto p59 route.

Tune from scratch? I just manually moved all my parameters from my stock c5 OS and Tune to the sierra based 12216125 flex os

I figured out the charging thing, my 99 c5 OEM os and tuned file had system selected as gmt530 but everything as far as 1 and 0's in the system options were under vehicle type "Y" for Corvette, this had me confused, so I downloaded a stock 2002 C5 file and instead of gmt530, it had "Y" selected as I thought it should be, so on the 12216125 os I selected "Y" and all the charging problems went away, oil pressure still doesn't work and abs, traction, stability, electric throttle body is hanging if I try to rev it up it hangs at 2000rpm's, if I hit the clutch peddle a few times it seems to slowly come down but not all the way and if I keep hitting the throttle it seems to throttle hang at a higher and higher rpm. This is even after I went in and disabled all the parameters for the throttle cracker which at first I thought might be my problem....so still don't know what the deal is, gonna try going to a p59 this weekend and moving the alt wire and disabling the codes to the rear O2 sensors and flash a 2004 Corvette 12587603 is with flex fuel patch applied using Universal Patched and I already used another hex/bin editor program to add my C5 VIN to the 12587603 is on the p59....let's hope this goes better, the 0411 was kinda a tickering project ya know and I think the condensed VE tables of the p59 I wasnt a fan of but it will be fine....I just want flex fuel working stop fighting me corvette haha

Getting some random module errors, might be because pcm don`t send needed data on bus to modules. Do you have a way to read DTCs. Idle data can be configured, but the biggest issue is the pcm to tac communication.
