HOW IS EVERY ONE

my name is robert i am a gear head but the hands on type. i am new to forms. i am 37 years old and this will be my first post ever so forgive me if i mess this all up.
what brings me here. my truck 2011 Chevy Silverado 4.8 L20 4l60e 4x4 3.73 gear 35/13.50-17
what i have done got a 99 5.3, changed out trigger wheel, change front cover and cam gear, installed sloppy stage 2 cam new valve springs and 243 heads
installed engine and hooked up batt and fired right up the truck runs and drives i am trying to tune it myself and am in way over my head so i am here
o yeah, i am tuning with EFI live not sure how much that matters
hope i am in the right spot
