This forums members were a great resource to me when I was self tuning a 94 Chevy LT1. Upcoming soon is the need for tuning my 92 5.0 Mustang

I already have a full license for the Moates binary editor along with a Quarterhorse chip, F3 chip and a Jaybird.

I need to fully train myself. This effort will be on V3 sci boosted (10 psi) 302.

I saw this literature on Ebay and I'm considering buying it. Is this good for what I need? Your opinions please on it or anything else that might also be helpful.

Thanks

before you pay $80 for something like that, go have a looksie on youtube at all of the videos there. also, you can still access the moates webboards and such using internet archive as well.

Thanks for the input. I definitely want to tune myself so going to a shop is not likely. Mail order tune? Nah.

I was looking for anyone who might have had experience with the literature I listed. That’s fine if nobody responds directly to that.

In any event, I bought the book and have it in possession now. It’s in the stack of projects now and a bit further down. When I get to it I’ll be sure to come back here and share my opinions of it.

Thanks again
