ISO QH def/logging on SD 460 tunefiles

Update, we now have a working def in binary editor with the quarterhorse for Tear Tag J2C and logging is in the works and a few PIDs are sorted and function properly already. A few people have come together to get this sorted out and I am very grateful for it.
