Most gearhead-efi members use factory computers. Only a few handful of gearhead-efi members use EBL.

I seem to recall EBL asks it's customers "not to share" EBL information on public forms. I think most gearhead-efi members will abide with the EBL public from request.:thumbsup:

Your EBL should come with a CD containing "start up" .bins If you don't have that you can download them on their website.

There's a whole thread (102 pages and still counting) dedicated to the EBL, which RBob (the creator of the EBL) haunts quite often. Maybe you can get assistance there.

As someone who has been around since the early days of ecm hacking, I fully understand this perspective.

Bob R. worked hard to create the code used in EBL. He actively supports the end-users and he will help in custom situations. I can't imagine how much tougher it would be for him if people were downloading code that had been modified by random internet users. Asking people not to share code helps ensure people are using official EBL code.

I am not a user of EBL. I respect the request not to post EBL tools or .bin files.
