1227747 tuning table help

Hello all. I'm working on the above ECM using TunerCat $42. Can someone explain what the numbers mean in the table 'Accel Enrich TPS Filter Coefficient vs Cool Temp' mean and what changing them does? Most of the time when I talk to TC they seem to explain it in "computerese" but I need an explanation an automotive technician can understand. Thanks ahead.

Think of that as the volume of the pump shot. Smaller=More/Longer duration. It's very rare I ever have to alter the stock settings in this table.
