Hello,
To start, I'm so glad I found this site. I definitely have ALOT of homework to do. I've used HP tuners for most of my projects but this new one we're switching up things and going open source.
My current build is 1972 stock 350/350 C10. I'm building a 1972 454 with 24x fuel injection and built 4l80e with a p01 PCM. The goal is to keep the engine as stock as possible in appearance but have full EFI with 90%+ stock off the shelf GM parts. The coils will also be relocated to where the HEI distributer used to be with a custom bracket to hide them.
If i could find a way to hide the fuel rail and injectors on the aluminum intake I would. I also don't want TBI so this will be fun.
Does anyone happen to have a base tune .bin file for a 2001-2002 Chevy Express with the 8.1 / 4l80e or at least point me in the correct direction ?
I may have found one but it's modded.
I'm still trying to figure out all of the OS numbers and variations.
