I have a 2000 GMC Yukon XL 5.3 4x4 4L60E which came from the factory with EGR but I have removed the physical system and installed shorty headers. The vehicle has P01 OS 12205612. I used Universal Patcher to take my 12205612 BIN and create my own 12205612 XDF. But, that XDF does not show any parameters for the EGR.

1) Can someone help me add in EGR parameters to my 12205612 BIN/XDF?
OR
2) Can someone help me take a non-modified and similar OS, say an 02' OS 12212156 that came without EGR and help me make it work for my truck? All the 12212156 I keep finding are heavily modified or don't match my specs.

I have added both the BIN I pulled and the XDF I created to this post.

Thank you in advance!!

Raised the mph enable for the egr to 255 and shut the codes off, have a look through the text document. I was getting a little drinky tonight and feeling generous, so walah :jfj:

Oh wow, I super appreciate that! In going over the text file, do I need to do anything to the "EGR Spark Advance Correction" or the "EGR Spark Correction Enable Duty Cycle" which is set at 1.99%?

You shouldn't have to do anything since basically the EGR is never enabled. If anyone of the other guys are following along and I have missed something, please chime in and I will correct.

I think you are good to go forward.

That's great! One last question before I re-write my PCM. Do I need to disable VATs since this is my BIN pulled from my original PCM and simply getting re-written back onto that same PCM?

Hiya,
You should not have to disable VATS. I cloned your file to one of my PCM's on the bench, the parameter areas are the same as the stock file you posted. I am pretty sure all you have to do is a calibration write and not a full or clone.
