Converting tune file to work with tuner pro

I have a tune that I paid for when I had my diablosport I tune.. I am wondering if it is possible to convert that file to a useable file. I want to open it in tuner pro or universal patcher and try flashing it to my pcm.. any help would be appreciated.

Flash it to your PCM then read it with a different program.

I no longer have the diablosport tuner. I have the files from tuner but that's it I could post them if it helps.
