Hi my name is Lee. I am in the middle of an LS swap into a 1984 GMC, I am looking for a way to delete VATS. I have the donar vehicle. A 2003 avalanche but when the anti theft system kicked in, it took the wind out of my sail. Please Help

I just watched the youtube video on universal patcher and tried it out with a test bin file and it seems like it is going to work.
Mow all I need is the mail man to show up with my pcm dongle so I can do this at my desk and re-install the ecu and with any luck my truck will run, should be able to drive it soon

Make sure. You always save a copy of your stock UN modified bin

Thank you all for your help. After finding the correct xdf. file and determining that 12.2 volts was not enough to flash ecu. I put ecu back it my truck, hooked up booster cables to my wifes truck to ensure voltage. Flash went through without a hitch and truck started and ran. Now all there is left to do is everything else.
Considering I have had this truck for 22 years and I am the only on who has worked on this truck. I can still say that to be true.
