I'm Neal. I'm here doing research on tuning for my just completed Vortec Head Swap on my 94 GMC K1500 TBI. Any advice or suggestions are appreciated.

Hi Neal. What cam are you using? I believe there are calibrations here that work with a stock TBI lower end and cam with Vortec head swap.
