I'm new to tuning but have stuff to data log the tbi obd1 stuff and just got an obdxpro vt. With that i was able to read a p59 in 04 Escalade using lsdroid using pcmhack software i had less luck it looked like it was working but I'm sure I did something wrong. I plugged it into my obs 5.7l black box Tahoe and could read the basic info like what os but couldn't do anything more. I think that was with pcmhack software. With the black box software I get nothing it's not setup for this adapter so I wasn't surprised. I've got 2 99/00 l31 black box trucks and 1 97 l29 and a bunch of tbi stuff. From what I understand the 0411 is much better than the black box and a fairly easy swap. What I don't know is if it would run one or two two barrel tbi units in speed density? If it would it would be a huge upgrade and I wouldn't have to figure out bore to burn chips for the older stuff. From what I think I've learned so far is the 0411 will do speed density batch fire but I don't know if it's injector drivers will run 2 or 4 pnh tbi injectors?
