Has anyone use the OBDX Pro VT? What are your experiences and is it better than OBDLink?

buy both.

the obdxpro is amazing for tuning late 90s to early 2000s GM vehicles.

you'll need a real elm327 chip when you need to help diagnose your neighbors toyota or whatever non GM tuning task since the obdxpro only does J1850VPW last time i checked
