First LS swap attempt

I’m taking the plunge into LS swaps instead of my usual sbc option. Lots to learn. Already have a 5.3 and a 4L60e to go into a 47 Chev sedan delivery. Will there be any issue using a newer trans with an 04 engine?

Is the 4L60E from an LS engine? If it is, you should be fine.

Thanks. It’s from I believe a 2011. Not sure what was originally hooked to this engine. Still waiting on hardware to check settings.
