looking for an xdf file for 12579405 bin file. if there are none availaboe what OS can I change module too?

If the bin file you read from the PCM is a 12579405 then you have an Intel processor. You can use on AMD processor OS on an Intel processor, but cannot use an Intel processor OS on an AMD.

Is this a retrofit application?

Yes it's a retrofit. It's for off road vehicle
