Donor ECM

So I broke down and bought a donor ECM to play with. I bought an ECM, the blue connector, and an ODBII port from the salvage yard. On the blue connector I removed all the wires except for pins 1, 19,20, and 58. I have connected the blue connector to the ECM, wired the ODBII port to the ECM. I using an ODBLink MX+ Bluetooth adapter with PCM hammer for reading the ECM. It is connecting and starting to read but errors out a 3%. I have attached the user log. Any assistance would be deeply appreciated.
