I've been using the Difference Tool in TunerProRT to compare bins, and notice a fair number of entries marked "Item Not Defined." For example, when I compare $0D bins BJFC and BDXK I get "Item Not Defined at address 4E31. I assume that something is going on at this address, as both of the bins have active values listed (40 and 28, respectively).

Can someone explain what's these entries are?

There might be information in the $OD Hack, post 9, on this link http://www.gearhead-efi.com/Fuel-Injection/showthread.php?303-16197427-PCM-Information-OD

L4E31 FCB 38 ; 950 RPM LO LMT (RPM RANGE)

It simply means that those locations are not defined by the .XDF as something you can change. In a fully finished .xdf that should mean that something is different in the "code" or algorithm portion of the .bin.

You know all the paremeters listed in the mask/xdf? It means no one has made a paremeter for it.... yet.....

I had the same problem today.
I read my standart .bin from the PCM of my '95 vette 3 times, then I compared the bins and every file has about 180 bytes difference "Items not defined" values.
Another .bin from the same car from this forum here even has about 1700bytes difference. The defined items are always the same...

Please help :/
