I have two different vehicles that are both exhibiting the same symptoms. They are both drive-by wire. Both were swap packages (engine, PCM, Throttle/APP, and TAC module from same vehicle. All I did was change the operating system to 603 in order to gain more access to tuning parameters. Both of them did the same thing. (Different trucks, engines, operating systems) Prior to the change, operating the accelerator pedal (APP) the data shows 0% to 100% progressively following the accelerator pedal from idle to wide-open throttle, Normal operation. After the change to operating system 603, the APP goes progressively from 0 to 100% with only 50% of the pedal travel. In other words it makes the pedal very sensitive and pushing the pedal more than 50% the APP stays at 100%. No trouble codes no other issues except for the excessively sensitive throttle. I have included the two .bins. I have tried adjusting the sensitivity by changing the ECT settings but nothing changes except I made it a little less sensitive for the first 20% of APP. Any help/suggestions welcome.

I think the pedal TAC, etc. have to match the OS. I just finished an XDF for the 12592618 OS. Maybe flash back the original bin and try with the different XDF?

Thank you, I'll try. I have my tune right where I want it, is there a way to keep the changes? Enclosed .bin

I would open two instances of Tunerpro and copy over the differences.

I have not done that yet. Is there a tutorial or youtube session I could watch? Copy every cell in every worksheet? Sorry for the rookie questions.

Open Tunerpro, go to tools special tool, open new Tunerpro instance, or something like that.

Then have one with the 7603 file and one with the 2618 file, both with their respective xdfs.

Open the table you want to copy, click the left upper corner so it selects it all, copy, then paste it to the table in 2618. Rinse and repeat for all parameters that have changed.

Thank you, I will try it this weekend. Can I just copy over Lean Cruise and DFCO or does it take something different for the new OS.
