Does anyone have a stock 2003 4.8 or 6.0 5 speed manual bin file? I would also appreciate a xdf if possible. This is for a auto to manual swap on a 03 silverado 5.3.

i am looking for this bin as well - actually it doesnt matter to me if it's 2003, 2004, 2005. as long as its one of the OS's with a god xdf kicking around, like 12592618 (2005), 12587603 (2004), 12587604, 12579405, etc etc.

there is a LINK to one in the 2004 bin files thread, but the link doesnt work. it downloads a GIF instead of the bin file. Thanks

OP said 4.8 or 6.0 and you said you were looking for the same bin. I probably have a 4.8 also or both in the other years too.

I ended up getting a hpt file for a 03 or 04 truck. I can share that if it will help.

anything P59 will do, prefer 2003 (os 12579405), 2004 (os 12587603), or 2005 (os 12592618) - thanks!

I don't have a 03 4.8L file at this time. Here is a 04 and two 05s. Only difference between them is the rear gear ratio. One has 3.23 and the other is 3.73. That doesn't effect much on a M5 calibration other than the speedometer calibration. That would effect a lot more on an A4 calibration.

Be aware that 06-07 Classic calibrations are not compatible with 03-05 ETC hardware and vice versa.

i will once again ask for a miracle, do you by chance have a 4.8/manual tune from a 1999 OS and/or 2000 OS? thank you kind sir.

Sorry I don't. The only ones I have in those years are 4.3L V6 M5s. Closest I would have to either of those would be a 01 6.0L M5.

I found a 02 48 M5 calibration which would be a P01 PCM and would be preferable to a 99 or 00 calibration for many reasons if it is for a swap. It is in HPT format so I would have to flash it to a PCM and then read it back out as a bin if that would work.
