2005 GMT-800 P59 PCM VATS Delete

I have a 2005 GMC 1500 4.3L, Distributor, DBC, 4L60E Trans and a P59 PCM. I would like to delete the vats.

I can not locate a XDF a file for the PCM.

Can some one point me in the direction of how to make a XDF or maybe if they know what bit turns off the VATS. I would even settle for a software load that has a working XDF I could flash to the PCM.

I have been searching for a solution to this issue for a few days now and just cant seam to find something.

No I did not see that in my searches.. My search foo was week!!

The DL link in that thread was bad, however I did find a thread with a working link.
