12202088 Sloppy Stage 2 Base file?

Does anyone by chance have a startup/base file for a 01 Tahoe 5.3 DBW? I have experience tuning Euro Cars, and a small amount of experience modifying ("Dialing in") LS tunes however I'm not familiar with the necessary changes needed to make a LS ECU cooperate with the cam.

1981 Ford Granada
12202088 OS
DBW
Elgin E-1840-P Cam ("Sloppy stage 2")
TB Converter
Tahoe 60e, Vette servo and Alto Clutches (If it matters)
PAC-1218 Springs
Headers/No EGR
Engine is otherwise completely stock. Factory injectors, Throttlebody, intake, etc.
MAF is currently installed, however I'm not opposed to a speed density setup.
The Tahoe was a full running/driving donor.

Update for those who may end up seeing this thread and needing it, I did eventually write an idle tune for it using Tunerpro. I followed Youtuber "Microbombs" videos to do so. My personal suggestion is to do the same for your factory file, however if anyone needs my file just shoot me a PM. I don't believe I'm allowed to upload modified BINs here otherwise I would have.
