If you change to a 0411 PCM, it'll open a lot of options for you.

What tables/switches/constants need to be filled out to have working Lo range?

The transfer case controller in my 99 K1500 is separate from the ecm/pcm. The TCCM signals PCM when 4LO is selected.

The attached 2002 Van calibration has "4WD" enabled in options, Transfer case "low range" settings appear to be correct, and the transmission tables related to 4WD lo appear to populated. I'm happy to look at other tables and possibly copy/paste data if needed.

This is a 4L80E cal so you'll want to change transmission segment / values for 4L60E or copy 4WD values into a 4L60E based calibration.

Thanks very much for the reply. I’ll have a look into this later today 👍🏻

I looked through that cal...and not sure it will work.
is it for an L31..or an LS1?
I see it has the 4wd option ticked...but cal info says its a 4x2 truck
Also...336kb as opposed to about 487kb...I think for the express van tune.
I'm loading this tune as a favour for someone whom lives interstate...so I want to make sure it will work for him.
thanks for your help.

This is a 5.7 10,000 lb GVW Savanna / Express van calibration that I collected from one of our fleet vehicles several years ago. Many of the L31 dual wheel van calibrations I've collected have been 4X4 calibrations. I often wondered if that was done to allow Quigly and other 4X4 van builders who were GM partners to sell emissions legal vehicles.

Thanks mate.. but no file attached?

I apologize. I was providing attitional detail for the file in post #3. The file in post #3 is from 1999. AFAIK 0411 was not used on the L31 in 97/98. AFAIK 0411 was used in 01-02 Savanna / Express vans.

Here are some additional van calibrations for you to view. Model years range from 1997 to 2002. They are not all for the 0411 pcm. They all have the "4X4" option selected.

1997 van calibration: 97_SAVANNAH_.cal
1998 G30 Cutaway calibration: (no file)
1999 G30 Cutaway calibration: 209_stock_1GDHG31R4X1081646.cal (in post #3)
2000 G30 Cutaway calibration: 225_stock_1GDHG31R7Y1149665.cal
2001 G30 Cutaway calibration: 264.cal
2002 G30 Cutaway calibration: 2002 Chevrolet Express Van L31 5.7 Litre 4L80E(12212156).bin
