you have to reverse engineer the bin to make an xdf or adx. thats very complex and your computer isnt smart enough to do that. it would require artificial intelligence
its the same as saying "i have a book, it has words, so why cant my computer turn any book into a dictionary "

Pick up a book that covers software disassembly tools - my favorite is the IDA Pro. "Ghidra" is another disassembly tool. Very difficult topic and people that study how to white hat reverse engineer malware, ransomware and software viruses in general are the best at it.
