Newbie here so please dont kill me LOL, been searching for info and most of it goes over my head.
I am using PCM hammer and a bluetooth OBD LX to read a 411 PCM, no issues reading it. It uses the 088 operating system, so opened the saved Bin file in tunerpro, selected the 088 XDF file and can read all of the tables ok. All I need to do for now is turn off VATS, so I set the table to 2 to turn it off and hit save. When I go to save the bin file (as a different name) I get a checksum error. I found a P01-P59 checksum dll file and downloaded it but I am not sure what to do with it or where to put it on the computer. Can anyone explain how to get past this?
Thanks!

For me, its Program Files (x86) and then Tuner Pro RT.

Thanks, am I supposed to be running tunerpro, or tunerpro RT? Is there a difference? Right now I only installed tunerpro.

I think most of us run the RT version.

Tunerpro is enough for modifying bin.
RT is required if you do datalogging, or use emulation hardware.

Save checksum dll to folder:
C:\Users\<your username here>\Documents\TunerPro Files\Plugins

Thanks, for some reason I do not have the plugins folder, I had to create it.

still trying to find the correct xml file for my 2003 that runs the 405 os, I am having no luck getting it to open correctly.
