LS swap

Hi everyone just joined I have started an LS conversion on my 91 year old dad's 1966 CORVAIR . We are using a 2005 L-33 5.3 and need to delete VATS and auto trans post cat O2 sensors just keeping it stock. Any help would be great! Thanks
