I've replaced the O2 and the donut gaskets so far with no change. The left side gasket was completely missing so it was a job needing done...

Could be a defective oxygen sensor, exhaust leaks upstream of the oxygen sensor, thermostat opening at two Low of temperature, or even late ignition...
